摘 要:首先在建设项目群中的各个子项目恰当地设置关键投资控制点,根据传感器或评判专家得出各子项目投资控制状态及其隶属度,利用D-S信息融合原理对各子项目的投资MASS函数进行融合,然后获得整个项目群投资控制的状态,并据此采取相应措施,有效地实现了项目群投资的主动控制.研究结果表明,通过设置投资控制点并结合信息融合技术,可克服建设项目群过程复杂和因素多的问题,能有效地实施项目群的投资有序控制.The investment control of construction program is difficult to achieve, because of its complex process and a large number of influencing factors. Firstly the key control points should be appropriately setup with sensors, for the subprojects among program. The investment control status and their member- ship degree can be obtained from the sensors or experts. Then the MASS-function of every subproject is fused with the theory of D-S information fusion. Finally, the investment control status of the whole pro- gram can be figured out; and the corresponding measure would be taken. Through this process, the initia- tive control for program investment can be achieved effectively. The research indicates that the investment control problem of complex process and vast influencing factors of the project program can be approached, by control points setting and information fusion technology; and then the investment control of construc- tion program will be orderly implemented.
