摘 要:样品先经稀乙酸浸取,过滤后的残渣再用AlCl3溶液提取,然后用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了提取液中的氟化钙含量。在选定的仪器条件下,进行了AlCl3和F-的干扰试验,结果显示AlCl3对Ca的测定存在影响,可采用在标准溶液中加入AlCl3进行基体匹配后测定。经标准物质验证,方法准确度和精密度较高,萤石矿标准物质中氟化钙的测定值与认定值相符,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于1%。与传统分析方法相比,本法操作简单、快速,适合萤石矿中氟化钙含量的快速测定。After the sample was leached in dilute acetic acid and the filtered residue was extracted with AlCl3 solution,the calcium fluoride content in the extract was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.Under the selected instrument conditions,interference tests for AlCl3 and F-were conducted,and the results showed that the presence of AlCl3 interfered with the determination of Ca,but determination could be conducted after matrix matching by adding AlCl3 into the standard solution.As verified with the certified reference materials,the proposed method achieved high accuracy and precision and the determined values of calcium fluoride in the certified reference materials of fluorite ore were consistent with the certified values,the relative standard deviation (n=6)being less than 1%.Compared with traditional methods,the proposed method is simple,rapid and suitable for rapid determination of calcium fluoride in fluorite ore.
