永贞“革新”与中唐文人刘禹锡、柳宗元及韩愈

摘　　要：发生在中唐顺宗时期的王叔文、韦执谊的短期执政,一直被当代史学界美化为"革新",然依据史实,王、韦的所谓"革新",实则有名无实,其政治眼光既缺乏远见,执政粗莽,且个人品质亦甚低下,其"暴起"领事,失败在不旋踵之间,是意料中事。中唐文人刘禹锡、柳宗元固锐于进取,但终因遇人不淑,且个人较少把持,年少轻狂、未识几微,一味盲从,终为其所累。柳一贬不起,郁郁而终;刘虽获永年,仕进道途亦从此一蹶不振。皆令人为之洒一掬同情之泪。反映在他们的文学创作中,则是浓厚的王、韦"情结"和或激愤、或感伤的色彩。中唐另一文人韩愈因撰写《顺宗实录》,对王、韦新政及刘、柳多所批评,又长期被视作政治上的保守派。"史学的对象是史料,不是社会学";明乎此,我们方可对刘柳作品作出深刻解读,对韩愈《顺宗实录》作出正确评价。The Short - term helm of Wang Shu - wen and Wei Zhi - yi in the Emperor ShunZong of Tang Dynasty has been glorified the ＂reform＂ by the contemporary historian circle. But according to the histor- ical facts, the so -called ＂reform＂ remained in name only. Both Wang and Wei were not only lack of foresight, dealing with administrative affairs roughly and recklessly, but also had a lower personal quali- ty. So it was not surprised their sudden rise to power and then a quick failure. Although the literati Liu Yu- xi and Liu Zong -yuan in the Middle Tang Dynasty were enterprising, they were eventually em- broiled because of blindly following. They were too young to discipline, and extremely frivolous. Liu Zong - yuan never had a chance to rise and eventually died of depression. Liu Yu - xi also could not re- cover from the setbacks though he dead peacefully. Their destinies were sympathy. Their experience and feelings had been reflected in their literary works, which mainly centered on Wang - Wei Complex with a fury or sorrows. The another literati of the Middle Tang Dynasty, HanYu had been regarded as politically conservative for a long period, because he wrote Records of the Emperor ShunZong and made a lot of criti-cism to the Wang and Wei＇s new deal as well as to Liu Yu -xi and Liu Zong -yuan. ＂ Historiography is based on historical documents but sociology＂ ; only by this, can we make a profound interpretation to Liu Yu- xi and Liu Zong -yuan＇s literary works, and make a correct evaluation to Records of the Emperor ShunZong of Han Yu.
