摘　　要：传统的玻璃管液位计量分离器在计量间歇、低液、低气等特殊油井时计量误差大,对于间歇井误差在50%以上。该文介绍一种容积式无源全自动量筒式液体计量装置,该计量装置依靠油井油压自动运行,无需外动力。设备主要部件为机械部件,有效克服油井产出物含砂、含蜡、高粘等复杂工况,不仅实现产液量、温度、压力的自动采集与传输,而且实现单井产量连续累积计量,大幅度提高低产液井、间歇井的计量精度。Traditional glass tube liquid level had oil in the measuring interval,low liquid,low gas and other special oil well measurement error was large,when the error for intermittent well above 50％.Introduced a kind of passive automatic measuring cylinder displacement type metering device in this paper,the metering device depends on the well hydraulic run automatically,without external power.The equipment was mainly mechanical parts and components as used automatic heat preservation technology,effectively overcome the well output content sand,wax,high viscosity,complex working conditions,such not only realize the produced fluid volume,temperature,pressure,automatic acquisition and transmission,and realize the single well production continuous accumulating measurement,greatly improve the low yield of well fluid,intermittent metering precision.
