西南丘陵山区县域农村建设用地整治潜力研究——以重庆市合川区为例

摘　　要：以重庆市合川区为例,从县级层面提出并验证了丘陵山区农村建设用地整治潜力测算方法,得出了丘陵山区农村建设用地整治理论潜力、现实潜力与可腾退农村建设用地规模差异较大,对现实潜力进行分级更能科学地指导区域农村建设用地整治工作的结论。This article took Hechuan district of Chongqing city as an example, proposed and validated two methods for the measurement of the potential of rural construction land consolidation in the hilly and mountainous region at county level, and conclu- ded that： both the theoretical potential and the actual potential of rural construction land consolidation in the hilly and mountainous region were greatly different from the scale of rural construction land which could be returned, and the grading of the actual potential could even more scientifically guide the work of rural construction land consolidation in county region.
