杨式穴位埋植疗法配合中西药物治疗尿路结石疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨杨式穴位埋植疗法配合中西药物治疗尿路结石的疗效。方法选择2008年6月—2012年6月浙江省台州市路桥区螺洋卫生院门诊收治的尿路结石患者120例,按患者意愿分为对照组57例、治疗组63例。对照组给予常规中西医结合治疗,如抗感染、解痉、止痛等治疗,中药予排石三金汤加减。治疗组则在对照组治疗基础上加用杨式穴位埋植疗法,1次/月,3个月为1个疗程。观察两组疗效。结果对照组显效32例,有效14例,无效11例;治疗组显效51例,有效9例,无效3例。两组治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(u=2.488,P<0.001)。结论杨式穴位埋植疗法配合中西药物治疗尿路结石临床疗效明显,确能起到溶石、排石的作用。Objective To discuss the efficacy of yangshi acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chinese and west- ern medicine in the treatment of lithangiuria. Methods A total of 120 patients with lithangiuria admitted to Luoyang Health Cen- tre in Luqiao District of Taizhou City in Zhejiang from June 2008 to June 2012 were included in our study. They were divided into the control group （ n = 57 ） and the treatment group （ n = 63 ）. The control group was treated with the established therapy of Chi- nese and western medicines including pain - killing drugs, anti - infectious drugs and Paishi - Sanjin - Tang. Besides the same medications as in the control group, the treatment group was also treated with yangshi acupoint catgut embedding once a month for 3 months. The therapeutic efficacy was observed in the two groups. Results In the control group, the medication was signifi- cantly effective in 32 cases, effective in 14 cases, and invalid in 11 cases. Meanwhile, in the medication group, the treatment was significantly effective in 51 cases, effective in 9 cases, invalid in 3 cases. There was statistically significant difference in the treatment efficacy in the two groups （ u = 2. 488, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Yangshi acupoint catgut embedding combined with reg- ular medication is effective in the treatment of lithangiuria, which can play an important role in stone dissolution, stone removal.
