疏血通脉胶囊制备工艺初选及药效学比较

摘　　要：目的优选疏血通脉胶囊工艺并比较其药效学。方法根据处方中三七、地龙有效成分特性,设计3个制备工艺。通过小鼠跳台试验和小鼠肠系膜试验,对不同工艺所获产品的中枢神经系统保护及其促进血液循环的作用进行评价。结果小鼠跳台试验,3个工艺试品高剂量组与模型组比较潜伏期有显著差异;低剂量组1号、3号胶囊有显著差异;错误次数除2号胶囊外,其余各组均有显著差异。小鼠肠系膜试验,试验各组与空白组比较,均有显著差异。2个试验的数据均显示3号工艺试品的效果较好。结论 3号工艺较好,即三七粉碎成细粉,地龙匀浆提取,其余药材水提较优。Objective To optimize the preparation process of Sbuxuetongmai Capsules and compare its pharmacodynamics. Methods According to the characteristics of the active ingredients Panax Notoginseng and Lumbricus in the prescription, the three kinds of preparation process were designed. The roles of the central nervous system protection and promoting blood circulation were evaluated by the mice step down test and the mice mesenteric test. Results In the mice step down test, the comparison of the high- dose groups for 3 kinds of preparation process and the model group showed the significant difference in latent period. No. 1 and 3 capsules in the low- dose group had significant differernce; the number of errors had significant differences among various goups except No. 2 cap- sules. In the mice mesenteric test, the test groups had significant differences compared with the blank group. The data of 2 tests showed that the test sample of No. 3 process had the better effect. Conclusion No. 3 process is the best, namely Panax Notoginseng is grinded into fine powder, Lumbricus is homogeneously extracted and the water extraction is better for the rest medicinal materials.
