摘  要:目的 探讨血小板第 4因子 (PF4)对小鼠 7 5Gyγ射线全身照射所致急性放射损伤的防护作用及机理。方法 小鼠照射前 2 0h于腹腔内注射PF4两次 ,间隔 6h ,每次剂量 2 0~ 6 0μg/kg。观察动物的 30d存活情况及几种造血指标。 结果  30d存活率对照组和防护组分别为 0 %和 5 0 %~ 6 0 % (P <0 0 1) ;防护组的CFU GM集落形成数、骨髓细胞DNA含量、骨髓有核细胞数、脾结节形成数、脾体比、胸体比等均较照射对照组增加 ,经统计学处理差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )或有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 PF4对小鼠急性放射损伤有防护作用 ,其机理可能同它保护和促进造血功能恢复有关。Objective\ To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of platelet factor 4(PF4)on irradiated mice. Methods\ One hundred male mice were randomized to several groups and exposed whole\|bodily to 7 5 Gy 60 Co γ rays.The mice were treated with injections of PF4(20 μg/kg to 60 μg/kg)twice at an interval of 6 h and 20 h,after the second injection they were irradiated.The 30\|day survival rated were recorded. Results\ The 30\|day survival rate and the mean survival days,bone marrow cellularity.DNA content of bone marrow cells,number of CFU\|GM on agar culture,peripheral blood cells,spleen/body weight ratio and number of spleen colonie were all significantly higher in the PF4 treated groups than in the corresponding irradiated controls (P<0 01). Conclusion\ PF4 has beneficial protective effect on irradiated mice.Its mechanism could be relatied to protection of hematopoietic cells and accele ration of their recovery.\;
