摘 要:目的:分析苏州大学附属儿童医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)人员情况,为制定人力资源可持续发展计划、优化静脉用药调配中心人才管理提供参考。方法:对静脉用药调配中心人员的学历、职称、工作年限、年龄、论文发表情况、政治面貌等进行分析。结果:(1)该院PIVAS现有药学人员26名,学历以大专为主,共14名(53.85%),高学历人才相对缺乏;(2)中、高级职称人员较少,科室负责人现为副主任药师;(3)多数人员缺少工作经验,工作年限≤5年的共19名(73.08%);(4)人员以青年为主,35周岁以下的青年人共22名(84.62%);(5)科研意识不强,2010-2012年整个科室仅发表论文17篇。结论:完善工作制度与操作规程,加强规范化培训,提高科室人员学历与专业技术水平,有利于PIVAS健康可持续发展。Objective: To analyze the current situation of hospital staff of the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services, in order to provide references for the sustainable development of human resources planning and adjustment of talents resource management. Methods: investigate the educational level, professional titles, working experiences, ages, published articles and political status. Results: (1) There were 26 fellows in PIVAS, 14 had college degree (53.85%). The situation of staff in PIVAS was the lack of highly educated professionals. (2) Staffs with middle and senior professional titles were very few; the head of the department was associate chief pharmacist. (3) Most staffs were lack of working experience. There were 19 pharmacy fellows who worked less than 5 years (73.08%). (4) There were 22 staffs below 35 years of age (84.62%). (5) Scientific research was weak. Only 17 papers were published from 2010 to 2012 in the department. Conclusions: Through raising the level of education, promoting standardized training, improving the system and operation procedures, it is beneficial to the healthy sustainable development of the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services.
