摘　　要：传统和现代背景下的张家川回族婚姻家庭观念,具有传承、内控、兼蓄、弥散的特质,在多重因素的综合作用下,当地回族在婚姻、家庭、财产继承、纠纷解决等方面的观念都发生了一定程度的变迁。认为寻找民族理性发展的路径,需要调适现代法制观念与民族传统习惯法的冲突,并审视各种外来文化、经济财产观念、信息社会、教育制度在民族观念变迁中的影响。Under the influence of traditional and modern conception, the marriage and family law of the Hui ethnic groups in Zhangjiachuan exhibited the characteristics of inheritance, inner control, adoption and diffusion. Shaped by many factors, the local Hui ethnic groups have changed a lot in conception regarding marriage, family, property inheritance and dispute and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to find out some rational ways to develop ethnic groups, handle the conflicts between modern legal system and customary law, and cautiously treat the elements that affect the change of national conception, especially in foreign culture, property concepts, media information, and education system, etc.
