摘　　要：为提高企业参与电力需求侧管理的积极性,上海市电力公司利用负荷控制终端的存储数据向用户推出电力需求侧管理系统软件,帮助企业进行用电管理。从多个方面对系统作了详细的介绍,内容包括系统的设计构想、硬件系统结构、系统的技术亮点和实现方式,最后介绍了系统的实际使用效果及用户反馈意见。In order to improve the company＇ s enthusiasm to take participate in power demand side management, Shanghai Mu- nicipal Electric Power Company offer demand side management system software which use stored data of load control terminal to help enterprise to manage power. This paper introduces the system from many aspects in detail, The contents include： system＇ s design concept ,hardware structure ,technical highlights and how to achieve.Finally,it introduces the real effect in apply and the feedback opinion.
