大别山区天麻多糖的抗衰老作用研究

摘　　要：研究大别山区天麻多糖对用D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠是否具有抗衰老作用,其方法是称小鼠体重,测定胸腺指数、脾脏指数和小鼠血清、肝和脑组织中SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、NO。结果表明,大别山区天麻多糖能明显增加小鼠体重,抑制胸腺指数和脾脏指数下降,显著提高衰老小鼠SOD、GSH-Px活力并降低MDA、NO含量,并且呈现良好的剂量依赖关系。说明大别山区天麻多糖具有一定的抗氧化活性,其机制可能与其清除氧自由基和活性氧,提高机体抗氧化酶的活性有关。The anti senility effect of polysaccharide from Dabie Mountains Gastrodia elata Bl. was studied to mice, induced by D- galactose. The research methods were that the body weight, the thymus index and spleen index of mice were determined. Activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase, contents of malondialdehydeand nitrogen monoxide in serum, liver and brain of mice were measured. The experiment result shows Polysaccharides from Dabie Mountains Gastrodia elata Bl. could increase the body weight obviously, inhibit the descending of thymus and spleen index of mice It could also increase obviously SOD and GSH-Px activities, decrease significantly MDA and NO contents of mice. There was dosage dependent relationship between groups. The results showed that polysaccharides from Dabie Mountains Gastrodia clara Bl. has certain antioxidant activity, and the mechanism may be related to scavenging oxygen free radicals and active oxygen and strengthening enzymes activity of antioxidase.
