An Investigation to the Graduates' Satisfaction in Learning

摘　　要：研究生求学满意度是研究生个体对于求学阶段学校提供的教育培养服务的看法和感受。通过从课程教学、师生关系、导师指导、学校管理、学习研究条件和校园文化等六个影响研究生求学满意度的维度对418名研究生进行调查发现,研究生总体上对研究生教育满意度较高,研究生求学满意度由低到高依次为学校管理、课程教学、学习研究条件、校园文化、导师指导、师生关系,不同性别、年级、学科的研究生的求学满意度存在一定的差异。The graduates＇ satisfaction in learning is a psychological feeling or state toward the service provided by university. From six dimensions of curriculum teaching, teacher-student relationship, tutor instruction, management, learning condition and campus culture, we investigated 418 postgraduates and find that postgraduates＇ satisfaction in learning is high as a whole. Dimensions of postgraduates＇ satisfaction in learning from low to high are management, curriculum teaching, learning condition, campus culture, tutor instruction and teacher-student relationship. The postgraduates＇ satisfaction in different gender, profession and grade have some differences.
