摘 要:采取紫外分光光度法测定接骨草的绿原酸含量,为接骨草合理利用提供实验依据.结果表明,接骨草全草及不同部位的绿原酸含量由高到低依次为:花、叶、果、全草、茎和根状茎,并且差异均达到极显著水平(p<0.01).精密度实验、重复性实验、稳定性实验、加样回收实验等方法学考察表明,紫外分光光度法测定接骨草绿原酸含量效果好,稳定性强,方法可靠.The contents of chlorogenic acid in Sambucus chinensis Lindl. were studied by UV spectrophotometry, in order to provide the experimental basis for the rational uses of Sambucus chinensis Lindl. The results showed that the contents of chlorogenic acid in whole plants and different parts of Sambucus chinensis Lindl. in order were flowers, leaves, fruits, whole plants, stems, rhizomes, and differences were highly significant (p 〈 O. 01). The resuhs of precision, repeat, stability and standard recovery experiments showed that the effects of the determination of the contents of chlorogenic acid in Sambucus chinensis Lindl. by UV spectrophotometry were very well with good stabilities, and the mothod was credible and easy to use.
