摘　　要：竞争性国有企业是社会主义市场经济的重要主体,面临的主要任务是不断发展壮大。竞争性国有企业发展面临的主要问题与自身的收入分配制度密切相关。国有企业收入分配制度的内涵是国有资本权利的配置,即国有资本参与权和收入权的配置。改革竞争性国有企业收入分配制度的关键是:竞争性的、普通的参与权要和灵活的、充满弹性的收入权结合在一起,从而实现参与权和收入权的有机统一。Competitive state -owned enterprises which are important components of the socialist market economy,need continuous de- velopment and expansion. The main development problems of competitive state - owned enterprises are closely related to the income dis- tribution institintion. The nature of the distribution institution is the rights configuration of state capital,including capital participation rights and income rights configuration. The core of reform of the income distribution institution is that the common participation rights should match the flexible income rights to achieve the organic unity of rights.
