摘　　要：讨论了编制城乡一体化规划的必要性及制约因素,以及协同优化技术的背景及应用目标.针对城乡系统作为复杂巨系统的特征,为提高城乡一体化规划的科学性、质量和效率,引入系统工程、并行工程等方法和技术,结合3S技术、信息技术,构建城乡一体化规划协同优化技术集成平台.This paper discussed the necessity of the integration of urban and rural planning compilation and restricted factors,and the background and application of collaborative optimization technology. According to the characteristics of urban and rural system as a complex giant system,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of science,planning of urban and rural integration,system engineering,concurrent engineering methods and technology,it is combined with 3S technology,information technology,construct the collaborative optimization technology integration platform of urban and rural planning.
