摘　　要：以文献检索为基础,以企业实地考察为依据,对腰果理论研究和生产加工的现状、加工企业目前存在的问题进行较为详细的解析,并对腰果加工行业的发展进行展望。为广大科研工作者开展实验提供可以借鉴的宝贵材料,积极促进我国腰果加工行业的发展。On the basis of document retrieval and international field study, this paper has elaborated the theoretical research of cashew nuts, and the current situation of production and processing and analyzed the present existence question problem of cashew nuts processing enterprises, and discussed the development of cashew nut processing industry. It provides the valuable materials for the majority of scientific research work to carry out the experiment, and actively promote the development of cashew nut processing industry.
