创业型人才综合素质评价体系研究——基于大连市部分创业型企业的调查

摘　　要：创业型人才作为产业集群内的关键人才资源和创业活动的实施主体,其综合素质是影响产业发展的一个重要因素,因此,有必要对创业型人才的综合素质进行研究。文章综合运用层次分析法、问卷调查法及文献研究法,在对创业型人才综合素质界定的基础上,从道德品质、知识储备、心理素质和能力素养四个维度对创业型人才综合素质的构成因子展开分析,构建了创业型人才综合素质评价体系,并明确哪些素质是影响创业活动的关键要素,哪些是一般要素,为客观全面地评价创业者的综合素质提供依据,并为有的放矢地培养创业型人才提供参考。Entrepreneurial talents are the leading implementers of entrepreneurial activities and key human re- sources within industrial clusters, so their comprehensive quality is an important factor to entrepreneurship. This paper uses analytic hierarchy process, a questionnaire survey and documentary research to analyze consti- tution of entrepreneurial talents＇ comprehensive quality, based on the its conception, from the four dimen- sions of moral quality, capacity literacy, psychological qualities and knowledge in order to construct entrepre- neurial talents＇ comprehensive quality evaluation system , explaining which are key elements, which are gen- eral elements , to provide a reference for entrepreneurs＇ assessment and training.
