摘 要:以神华不粘煤和玉米秸秆为原料,系统研究了神华煤与秸秆的质量配比、初始氢压、反应时间和温度对共液化的影响.结果表明,秸秆能有效促进神华煤的转化,提高油产率;在秸秆:神华煤的质量配比为2:8,反应温度440℃,反应压力为9MPa,反应时间60min条件下,反应体系转化率、油产率均达到最大值,此时转化率和油产率分别高达83.45%和61.79%.In this paper, Shenhua coal and cornstalk were selected as raw materials. The effects of the mass ratio, the hydrogen pressure, he reaction time and the reaction temperature on the co - liquefaction of Shenhua coal and cornstalk were intensively researched. And results showed that the cornstalk significantly promoted the conversion rate and oil yield of the Shenhua coal. The conversion rate and the oil yield of the co - liquefaction of the Shenhua coal and cornstalk are as high as 83.45% and 61. 79%, respectively, under the conditions of cornstalk:Shenhua coal(weight ratio) = 2:8, reaction temperature(440℃ ), the initial hydrogen pressure(9MPa) and the reaction time(60min).
