摘  要:选取最佳的海藻酸钠包埋浓度,并对肝素钠在海藻酸钠颗粒中的释放效果进行研究.采用的是可见分光光度法测定肝素钠的含量,以此测得肝素钠的包封率及其缓释效果.海藻酸钠包埋的最佳浓度是5mg/L,肝素钠的包封率是86%,海藻酸钠包埋的颗粒对抗凝血时间延长了一半.The best concentration of the Sodium alginate was selected and study on the release effect of Heparin sodium in the Sodium alginate particles. The content of Heparin sodium was determined by Spectro - photometric method. In addition, the encapsulation efficiency of Sodium alginate in the particles and the release effect was tested. He best concentration of Sodium alginate for embedding was 5mg/L; The encapsulation efficiency in particles was calculated at 86% ; Sodium alginate particles did play a significant role in delaying blood agglutination and its delaying can be one and a half of the initial effect.
