摘　　要：CT球管是CT机的核心部件,由于其价格昂贵且易消耗,用科学系统的方法延长其寿命不仅能保证CT机长时间正常运行,还能给医院带来直接的经济效益和社会效益。文章介绍了CT球管的基本构造原理,分析CT球管常见故障,总结并提出了覆盖设备安装调试、外部工作环境、操作流程、扫描参数及策略优化和维护保养全过程全要素的系列化延长球管寿命方法,对延长CT球管使用寿命有一定的参考价值。The CT tube is the core component of the CT machine, because of its high price and easy consumption, scientific and systematic method to prolong its service life can not only guarantee the normal operation of the CT, also can bring direct economic benefits and social benefits of the hospital. This paper introduces the basic principle of CT tube, CT tube failure analysis, summarized and put forward the series of the extension tube life method which covers equipment installation commissioning, external environment, operation procedure, optimization the scanning parameters and the maintenance. The series of method has the certain reference value to !orolon~ the CT ball tube service life.
