摘　　要：《国务院关于支持赣南等原中央苏区振兴发展的若干意见》的提出对原中央苏区的发展意义深远。充分利用红色资源发展红色旅游是赣南等原中央苏区振兴发展的重要举措,切实提高当地政府的组织和管理水平与旅游企业的经营水平,提升红色旅游区域的品牌个性及当地民众的道德素质,是促进原中央苏区红色旅游发展的有效途径。Certain Suggestions on supporting the Promotion and Development as of Former Central Soviet Areas as Southem Jiangxi,etc by the State Council has a profound meaning for the Central Soviet Area. Developing red tourism by making good use of red resources is an important measure for the Central Soviet Area, and improving the organization and management of the local government, as well as the tourism enterprises, even improving the brand personalities of red tourism regional and the local people＇s moral quality, are effective ways for promoting the development of red tourism in the Central Soviet Area.
