摘 要:目的:探讨FOCUS-PDCA和5S的管理方法在基层医院急诊抢救室环境现场管理应用中的效果。方法:应用FOCUS-PDCA的发现、组织、明确、了解、选择、计划、实施、检查、执行及5S的整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养对急诊抢救室的环境的现场管理进行调查分析,确定抢救室存在的问题和影响因素,并对其有针对性地实施改进措施。结果:现场管理实施前工作环境的满意度、班内职责执行率、设备摆放合格率、仪器用后归置合格率、物品取用方便率分别为2212%、5516%、50%、2718%、3313%;实施一年后统计发现各项数据为:6812%、8614%、5911%、7217%、6316%。结论:FOCUS-PDCA及5S对基层医院急诊抢救室环境的现场管理客观效果显著,并且提高了急诊工作人员的整体素质和科室的凝聚力。[ Objective] To explore the effect of FOCUS - PDCA and 5S management method in field management of primary hospital emergency resuscitation room environment. [Method] The application of FOCUS- PDCA (finding, organization, clearly, understanding, selection, planning, doing, checking and action) and 5S (finishing, rectify, cleaning, cleaning, litera- cy) to manage the emergency resuscitation room environment was investigated and analyzed, to determine the problems and in- fluence factors in resuscitation room, and to find the pertinent measures to improve the implementation. [Result] Before man- agernent, the satisfaction, the class duties execution rate, the accuracy of instrument placement, the accuracy of tidying instru- ments up and the articles aecessible rate were 22.2%, 55.6%, 50%, 27.8% and 33.3%, respectively. After management, the statistics data were 68.2%, 86.4%, 59.1%, 72.7% and 63.6%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The effect of FOCUS - PDCA and 5S in managing primary hospital emergency resuscitation room environment is remarkable, and it can improve the overall quality of staff and emergency department's cohesion.
