摘　　要：目的探讨鲶鱼效应在培养手术室护士核心胜任力中的作用。方法制定手术室护士核心胜任力指标,选定2名优秀护士担任"鲶鱼护士",围绕核心胜任力进行培训、引导,对鲶鱼护士的积极表现给予不同形式的奖励,吸引其他护士的注意,激发鲶鱼效应。结果实施后手术室护士核心胜任力8项指标显著优于实施前(均P<0.01)。结论应用鲶鱼效应可有效提高手术室护士的核心胜任力。Objective To investigate the role of catfish effect in cultivating core competency of operating room nurses.Methods We developed indicators of core competency of operating room nurses,selected two outstanding nurses as ‘catfish nurses＇ and provided a training program about core competency for them.Then their positive performances were rewarded to attract attention of the other nurses and to stimulate catfish effect.Results The scores of eight indicators of the core competency were significantly improved after the intervention （P＜0.01 for all）.Conclusion Using catfish effect can effectively improve core competency of operating room nurses.
