摘　　要：目的了解三级甲等医院麻醉护士的培训现状。方法采用自制问卷对上海6所三级甲等医院的127名在职麻醉护士的培训现状进行调查。结果麻醉护士对培训的平均满意度为6.15分;麻醉医生一对一带教以及麻醉医生对麻醉护士授课为主要培训方式;61.7%的麻醉护士最看重麻醉相关技能培训;不同年资的麻醉护士对于最佳培训方式的选择不同。结论麻醉护士对其所接受的培训方式满意度不高,应针对不同条件的麻醉专科护士实施针对性培训。Objective To investigate training status for nurse anesthetists in tertiary hospitals.Methods A total of 127 on-the-job nurse anesthetists working in 6 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire.Results Nurse anesthetists scored 6.15 points of 10 on satisfaction with the training.One-to-one instruction and lecture by anesthesiologists were the dominant training methods.Strictly,61.7％ of them valued anesthesia-related skills training,and those with different service length chosen different training models.Conclusion Nurse anesthetists＇satisfaction with anesthesia-related training is not enough,so that individualized training should be provided.
