摘　　要：目的构建符合我国医疗现状的PICC置管术前评估表,完善PICC置管前评估流程。方法通过前期对19位PICC专业护士进行的关键知情人访谈并结合文献查证,形成PICC置管术前评估表(草案),采用德尔菲法对15位PICC护理专家进行咨询并修改定稿。结果专家权威程度为0.94;对PICC置管术前评估表均给予"合适"评价,并提出修改意见23条,根据专家提出的修改意见构建PICC置管术前评估表。结论设计完整的PICC置管术前评估表能够有效记录评估结果,据此做出护理计划并实现评估结果的信息共享。Objective To construct an assessment checklist for placement of peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） meeting our current medical situation,and to improve assessment process before PICC placement.Methods Key informant interviews were conducted to nineteen experienced nurses who were expert in PICC care,and related literatures were searched and reviewed,to create a draft of assessment checklist for PICC placement.Then fifteen PICC nurse specialists were consulted by using the Delphi method.Results The authority coefficient of experts was 0.94 ; all experts considered that the assessment checklist was appropriate for clinical use and they proposed 23 suggestions for revision.According to their advices,the assessment checklist for PICC placement was developed.Conclusion The well-designed assessment checklist for PICC placement can effectively record assessment results which helps to formulate nursing plans and achieve information share.
