摘  要:为解决工作面回风流及上隅角瓦斯超限的问题,在顾桥矿1114(1)工作面进行顶板走向钻孔实践研究.根据工作面厚硬顶板的特性及下保护层开采巷道布局,根据顶板走向钻孔抽采效果的影响因素分析研究确定1114(1)顶板走向钻孔的布置及各项抽采参数.工作面回采后,顶板走向钻孔抽采瓦斯稳定浓度在15%左右,瓦斯抽采量在10 m3/min以上,工作面回风流瓦斯体积分数控制在0.33%以下;上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.68%以下,很好的控制瓦斯超限问题,基本达到预期抽采效果.To solve the problem that the gas of air returning way of face and the gas concentration in the corners often exceed limit,this paper makes researches and application of along-strike roof drills in 1114( 1) coal face in Guqiao coal mine.According to the working face under the characteristic of hard roof and thick protective layer mining roadway layout,and according to the influence factors of roof to borehole extraction effect analysis,it determines the1114( 1) to the deployment and the extraction parameters of drilling.During the mining operation of the coal mining face,the gas extraction concentration of roof drills along strikes at about 15%,the amount of extraction is over 10 m3/min,the gas concentration fraction in the air retuning flow is around 0.33%,and the gas concentration fraction in the upper corner is not over 0.68%.It has a very good control of the gas overrun problem,and achieves the expected effect of extraction.
