摘　　要：近年来,学术科技竞赛已成为我校学员学习生活的重要组成部分,是我校对本科学员创新教育的重要方式。结合我校学员学术科技竞赛的实际情况,针对军校教育的培养目标,对学术科技竞赛在军校学员创新教育中的作用进行了深入分析,对存在的不足及对策进行了总结和思考。Scientific and technological competition has become an important part of the school life in our university. It＇ s also an important way to achieve innovational education for undergraduates. Based on the targets of military education and the practices of those competitions, the role of scientific and technological competition in innovational education for the military cadets is deeply analyzed, and several suggestions on how to improve those innovation practices are discussed.
