摘 要:针对大型装备成套服务(LECS)的计划与控制协同优化问题进行研究。将精益思想融入LECS计划控制优化中,分析了计划控制结构和优化目标,辨析了质量-工期-成本三目标之间的关系。引入田口质量损失函数和惩罚因子,建立了基于成本费用关系的质量-成本-工期协同模型。考虑项目整体与子项之间的协同;质量、工期和成本目标的协同,构建了多层次多目标的协同优化模型。集成仿真建模&遗传算法(SM&GA)设计了模型算法,通过实例验证了模型和算法的有效性。为大型装备企业向服务型制造转型奠定了理论基础。Research on collaborative optimization of planning and control for large equipment complete service (LECS).The plan control collaborative optimization method of LECS is based on lean thinking.The optimization question and structure of plan&control were analyzed,as well as the relationship among three goals of quality-period-cost.Introducing the Taguchi quality loss function and punishment factor,the coordination model of quality-cost-schedule was established based on the cost.Considering coordination among levels of project,and coordination of quality-cost-schedule,a multi-level and multi-objective coordination optimization model of plan&control was built.Integration algorithm of simulation modeling &genetic algorithm (SM&GA) was designed,and effectiveness is verified by case study.This lays a foundation for large equipment enterprises to transform to service-oriented manufacturing.
