摘　　要：引入情景分析方法,以美加大停电案例为依托分析电力突发事件情景演变过程。对某电力公司应急人员进行问卷调查,总结电力突发事件发展过程影响因素,并分析影响因素相互关联关系。构建典型情景,分析影响因素具体作用,总结电力突发事件应急管理规律和重点关注方向,并为一般突发事件提供借鉴。This paper introduces scenario analysis method to analyse power emergency evolusion process with the case of North America power grid blackout.Through organizing power emergency response staff to participate in the survey,the paper summarizes influence factors of power emergency management and analyzes the interconnection of them.The paper then constructs typical scenarios to analyse how these factors work during power emergency management process.Based on the scenario analysis,the paper summaries the law of power emergency management and provides reference for general emergency management.
