摘 要:介绍了一种等价热力变换分析法的原理及基于该方法研发的热泵性能分析软件。等价热力变换分析法,是通过定义系统能量交换过程和循环的等效热力温度,把实际热泵内不可逆循环等价变换为逆卡诺循环进行分析的方法;其使用的3个关键参数:等价逆卡诺循环的等效热源温度、等效冷凝温度和热泵理论循环的输出热流量,根据物性数据库拟合获得。而后,根据等价热力变换分析法,编制了热泵性能分析与优化软件。软件包括4个主功能模块:热泵性能单值分析、热泵性能区间分析、热泵有效能单值分析以及热泵有效能区间分析。通过选择相应的工质,并输入相应的设计参数,用户能够方便地获得相应工况下热泵的性能参数以及各环节有效能消耗数据。本软件适合变工况性能的模拟和预测,对热泵设计单位和用户有参考价值。An equivalent thermodynamic transformation analysis method( ETTAM) and based on it a heat pump performance analysis software was been proposed. ETTAM is a transformation of the actual heat pump irreversible cycles into the equivalent reverse Carnot cycles by defining the effective thermodynamic temperature( ETT) of the system energy exchange process and cycle.The functions of three key parameters in ETTAM: the effective heat source temperature of the reverse Carnot cycle,the effective condensing temperature and the output heat flow of theoretical cycle have been obtained by fitting thermo-physical properties data.According to ETTAM,the heat pump performance analysis software is compiled. The software includes four main functional modules,the heat pump performance single-value analysis,the heat pump performance interval analysis,heat pump exergy singlevalued analysis and heat pump exergy interval analysis. The performance parameters with corresponding conditions and exergy consumption of various segments of heat pump can be easily obtained by selecting the corresponding working fluid and enter the appropriate design parameters. This software is suitable for performance simulation and performance prediction of variable conditions. There is reference value for heat pump designers.
