摘　　要：科学评价城乡协调发展度是城乡发展研究中需要解决的关键问题。文章以城乡协调发展的内涵为着眼点,设计了城乡发展综合评价指标体系,构建了城乡协调发展度评价模型,并对江苏省2002-2011年城乡协调发展情况进行实证分析。结果证明:江苏城乡协调发展程度不高但呈现上升态势,城乡协调度呈现波动演变态势。其中,对城乡发展影响最大的是各自的社会进步发展方面,各自发展相对较劣的是城市环境保护和农村人口规划方面。最后,针对江苏城乡协调发展的现状,为宏观调控者提供了政策性建议。Scientifically evaluating the coordinated development degree is a key problem for the urban-rural coordinated de- velopment research. This paper starts with the intension of urban-rural coordinated development, and then designs the com- prehensive ewlluation index system of urban-rural development, constructs a coordinated development model with an empiri- cal analysis of Jiangsu Province from 2002 to 2011. The results prove that the coordinated development degree of Jiangsu Province is not very high but with a rising state, the coordinated degree presents a fluctuant evolution trend. The key factor influencing the urban-rural development is the respective social progress development, the weaker development components are the urban environmental protection and the rural population planning aspects. In the end, it presents some policy sugges- lions for macro-economic controllers, aiming at the current situation of urban-rural coordinated development in Jiangsu Prov-ince
