中温玲珑釉的缺陷改善

摘　　要：针对玲珑釉"鱼眼"和"凹眼"这两大常见缺陷,在探索性实验的基础上,进行配方改善研究,并对工艺参数进行了探索。结果表明,采用烧硼酸钙取代方解石,并严格控制玲珑釉的工艺参数,可获得良好的中温玲珑釉。In this study, exploratory experiments were carded out to improve the formulation of intermediate dce grain porcelain glaze to correct two of its typical defects ＂fish eyes＂ and ＂concave eyes＂ in rice grain porcelain glaze. In addition, the process parameters of the glaze were studied. The results show that with the substitution of calcined calcium borate for calcite and the strict control of the process parameters, a good intermediate temperature rice can be obtained.
