摘　　要：为了实现移动IP和内容计费,近年来中国电信大力部署HA/CCG。HA满足了用户移动过程中不间断使用数据业务的需求;CCG实现了内容计费,使得套餐和资费更加灵活和个性化。本文重点分析了移动IP和内容计费的需求、关键技术,以及实现方式。In order to realize mobile IP and content based billing, China Teleeom vigorously deploying HA / CCG in recent years. HA meets the needs of users for continuous use of data services during moving; CCG achieves content based billing, and makes mobile phone packages and tariff more flexi- ble and personalized. This paper focuses on the needs, key technologies, and implementations of mo- bile IP and content based billing.
