摘　　要：资费设计具有杠杆作用,是运营商撬动移动互联之门的重要抓手。本文通过分析欧美日等国通信运营商移动通信资费体系的现状和演进历史,发现移动通信资费体系演进呈现五大发展趋势。标杆运营商的发展经验对国内通信运营商在流量经营时代的资费设计具有较强借鉴意义。本文结合国内运营商资费实践,给出资费体系设计的对策建议。Tariff design is very important for opera- tots. In this article, we analyzed the mobile commu- nication billing systems of representative operators in USA, Europe and Japan, and found five development trends. This experiences have strong influence on tariff design. Combined with the domestic operators pricing practice, we give suggestions concerning the design of Tariff system.
