可持续生计框架下失地农民的媒介素养问题及应对

摘　　要：失地农民问题已成为当前我国城市化进程中的一个突出问题。其关键之处在于可持续生计的建立。文章基于可持续生计的框架分析,指出影响失地农民可持续生计的外部因素和内部因素。在此基础上引入媒介素养这一媒介信息化社会中公民必备素养的概念框架,分析了失地农民媒介素养与建立可持续生计的密切关系,提出了通过政府、媒介组织及失地农民个体自身的努力,切实提升该群体的媒介素养水平,以促进其可持续生计建立的对策。The problem of landless farmers has become a prominent problem in the process of urbanization and the key problem is the construction of the framework of sustainable livelihoods. The article, based on the framework analysis of sustainable live- lihoods, indicates the external factor and internal factor which affected the landless farmer＇s sustainable livelihoods. On this ba- sis, it introduced the media literacy of a citizen＇s necessary quality in the information society, analyzed the relationship between media literacy and sustainable livelihoods, and then proposed some measures including through the government, media organi- zations and the farmers themselves to enhance the sustainable livelihoods. And this provided a new perspective in exploring so- lutions to sustainable livelihoods for landless farmers.
