摘 要:采用金相显微镜对BOF-LF-CSP与BOF-渣洗-CSP工艺所生产Q235B钢中非金属夹杂物数量和组成进行对比分析。结果表明,两工艺过程中各粒径颗粒夹杂物在总体上均减少,且粒径越小,其趋势越加明显;两工艺夹杂物总去除量分别为73.5%和72.3%,其中大部分夹杂物在转炉终点至LF前阶段被去除。BOF-渣洗-CSP工艺中夹杂物以Al2O3、FeS·MnS、CaO为主。两工艺过程中夹杂物演变规律相似,出钢渣洗效果明显,由此表明BOF-渣洗-CSP工艺生产可行。The nonmetallic inclusions in Q235B steel produced by the process of BOF-LF-CSP and by BOF-slag washing-CSP were compared by means of metallographic microscope. The results show that the quantity of inclusions of each size with both processes is on the decline, and the smaller the size, the more obvious the tendency. About 73. 5% inclusions in BOF-LF-CSP and 72. 3% in BOF-slag washing-CSP have beer/removed, and a large proportion of inclusions were removed during the period from tapping to pre-LF. The majority of inclusions in the BOF-slag washing-CSP process are A12 03, FeS · MnS and CaO. The inclusions evolution in both processes are similar, the effect of slag washing is obvious, and the BOF-slag washing-CSP is feasible.
