摘 要:用相似模拟试验进行低强度相似材料参数敏感性试验,选择铁矿粉、重晶石粉、砂及石膏用量4因素5水平进行正交试验。结果表明,铁矿粉和石膏用量分别对相似材料的容重和抗压强度有显著影响,随铁矿粉用量增大,相似材料容重呈增大趋势,随石膏用量增大,相似材料抗压强度逐渐增大;模拟铁矿体合理配比为:m(重晶石)∶m(铁矿粉)∶m(砂)∶m(石膏)=21∶78∶40∶8。Similar simulation experiment was conducted of the parameter sensitivity of low-intensity similar materials, and four-factor, 5-level orthogonal experiment was carried out by using iron ore powder, barite powder, sand, gypsum and their consumptions. The results show that the consump- tions of iron ore powder and gypsum have a significant impact on the bulk density and compressive strength of similar materials. With the increase of iron ore powder content, the bulk density of similar materials displays a tendency of increase, and with the increase of gypsum content, the compressive strength of similar material increases gradually. The rational proportion in the simulated iron ore body is re(barite) : m(iron ore powder) : m(sand) : re(gypsum):21 : 78 : 40 : 8.
