摘 要:WRKY转录因子在植物中广泛存在,参与了生长发育和逆境等多种生物学过程。利用生物信息学方法对葡萄VvWRKY71转录因子的理化性质、二级结构、保守结构域、亚细胞定位、功能和系统进化等方面进行了预测和分析。结果表明:该蛋白由311个氨基酸组成,分子量为34.8 kDa,属于亲水性不稳定蛋白;蛋白质二级结构主要由无规则卷曲和α-螺旋组成;其C端具有高度保守的WRKY结构域,亚细胞定位结果表明该蛋白位于细胞核,功能预测结果显示其主要参与了转录和转录调控过程。由以上结果提示,VvWRKY71作为转录因子参与了多种生物学过程。The characteristic of VvWRKY71 transcription factor in grape was analyzed and predicted by bioinformatics methods in the following aspects: physical and chemical characters, secondary and tertiary structure of protein, conserved domain, subcellular localization, function category and molecular phylogenetie evolution. The results showed that VvWRKY71 was an unstable hydrophilic protein which made of 311 amino acids with molecular weight 34.8 kDa; Random coil and a-helix were the major structural element of polypeptide chain. It possessed one conserved WRKY domain, so it belonged to WRKY transcription factor. Subcellular localization result indicated that VvWRKY71 was located in nucleus very likely. Function analysis indicated that it was involved in transcription and transcription regulation. This research showed VvWRKY71 would play variety of biological functions as a transcription factor.
