摘 要:采用反复干旱存活法研究了吸湿-回干处理对干制辣椒幼苗抗旱性的影响,筛选可有效提高干制辣椒幼苗抗旱性的最佳吸湿-回干处理方法。结果表明:吸湿-回干处理可有效提高干制辣椒幼苗的抗旱性,处理组的反复干旱幼苗存活率显著高于未处理对照,处理次数之间的差异不明显,吸湿时间对反复干旱幼苗存活率有显著影响,其中吸湿6 h处理的反复干旱幼苗存活率最高,显著优于吸湿24 h的处理;此外,6 h吸湿-回干处理对种子发芽率、发芽势的提高也具有显著的促进作用。综合分析认为,6 h吸湿-回干处理可有效提高干制辣椒幼苗抗旱性。Effects of hydration-dehydration on seedling drought resistance in dry chili was studied by the repeated drought method; aim to screen the best treatment of hydration-dehydration for enhancing the seedling drought resistance of dry chili. The results showed that hydration-dehydration can effectively increase the seedling drought resistance of dry chili. The repeated drought seedling survival rates of the treatment group significantly exceeded the control. Treatment cycles had no impact to the repeated drought seedling survival rate, but the soaked time showed a distinct role, among the soaked time of 6 h, 12 h and 24 h, under 6 h treatment condition, the repeated drought seedling survival rate was the highest and superior to 24 h. Moreover, the hydration-dehydration treatment under the soaked time of 6 h was also have a significantly promote role to germination rate and germination energy of seeds. It was considered that hydration-dehydration of 6 h can effectively increase the seedling drought resistance for dry hot chili.
