摘 要:旨在研究过氧化氢氧化浸泡法去除生地中的3,4-苯并芘污染物的效果。采用单因素和正交试验,确定了温度、时间、浓度对过氧化氢去除生地中的3,4-苯并芘的影响与最佳工艺参数。结果表明:(1)试验浓度范围内过氧化氢去除生地中3,4-苯并芘含量的去除率可达90%;(2)影响去除效果的因素大小顺序是浓度>温度>时间;(3)最佳工艺条件组合为浓度2%,温度37℃,时间为60 min。生地的工业使用企业可以采用过氧化氢氧化浸泡法去除生地中的3,4-苯并芘污染物,以保证其产品质量。The objective of this experiment was to examinate the efficacy of hydrogen peroxide dilute in removing the 3,4-benzopyrene in rehmanniae by means of immersion method. Single factor and o solutions rthogonal experiments were done to examinate the efficacy of hydrogen peroxide dilute solutions of different temperature, different immersion time and different concentration in removing the 3,4-benzopyrene in rehmanniae and to find out the optimum technology parameter. The result showed that, (1) 90% 3,4-benzopyrene in rehmanniae can be removed by hydrogen peroxide dilute solutions of concentration range used in this experiment; (2) immersion time was the most important factor in the process of removal of the 3,4-benzopyrene in rehmanniae, while temperature was the second important factor and concentration of hydrogen peroxide dilute solution is the last; (3) the technological condition combination to remove the 3,4-benzopyrene in rehmanniae was optimum when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide dilute solution was 2%, the temperature of solution was 37℃ and immersion time was 50 minutes. The conclusion was that by means of immersion method, hydrogen peroxide dilute solution can be used by interrelated industrial enterprises to remove the 3,4-benzopyrene in rehmanniae.
