摘 要:研究以水为溶剂提取山银花叶中绿原酸的最佳工艺条件,实现山银花叶的经济价值。通过单因素试验研究各因素对绿原酸提取率的影响,应用正交试验优化工艺条件。单因素实验结果表明:分别在提取温度100℃、pH 3、提取时间1.5 h、料液比1:16的条件下山银花叶绿原酸得率最高;而正交试验结果表明:水提取山银花叶绿原酸最佳工艺条件为提取温度为100℃、pH 4、提取时间1 h、料液比1:18,且在最佳条件下,绿原酸提取率为2.83%。正交试验可弥补单因素试验的不足,提高山银花叶中绿原酸的得率,此法简单、可行、经济、适用、环保,适于工业化大生产。The extraction technology of caffeotannic acid from leaves of Lonicera confuse DC. was studied with water as solvent,realize its economic value. The effect of chlorogenic acid on the extraction efficiency was studied by single factor experiment,and the process conditions were optimized using the orthogonal experiment. Single factor experiment results showed that the extraction efficiency of chlorogenic acid reached the highest with extraction temperature 100℃,pH 3,extraction time 1.5 h,and material to solvent 1:16. The orthogonal experiment results showed that optimized conditions were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 100℃,pH 4,extraction time 1 h,material to solvent 1:18,and the extraction ratio of caffeotannic acid was 2.83% in the optimized conditions. The orthogonal experiment could make up for the deficiency of single factor experiment,and improve the extraction ratio of caffeotannic acid,the method was simple,feasible,economic,applicative,environmental,fit industrialized production.
