摘　　要："民以食为天",食品安全已成为中国民生问题的重中之重。首都作为一个农产品消费大市,其农产品的安全直接关系到首都百姓的切身利益。选取京、沪、渝三市,经过农产品安全发展现状的差异对比研究,以及对首都农产品安全产业发展存在的问题进行分析,提出完善首都农产品安全产业的具体措施。Hunger breeds discontentment,agricultural products safety has become the top priority of our people＇s livelihood issues. Beijing as a big city with a mount of population,agricultural products safety directly related to the vital interests of the people. The paper selects the three cities of Beijing,Shanghai,Chongqing to comparative study on the agricultural products safety current situation of the development,Try to put the strategic goals and measures of the capital of the agricultural products safety industry,as well as the problem analysis on the capital of the safety of agricultural products industrial strategy,put forward to the specific measures to perfect the capital safety of agricultural products.
