摘　　要：指挥决策是作战指挥活动的核心,而作战方案是指挥决策的关键。通过对影响联合作战方案的主要相关因素分析,运用加性加权法,构建了较为客观、科学的联合作战方案优选模型,并结合实例验证了该模型的有效性。Command decision-making is the core of the commanding activities, moreover, operational scheme is the key of command de- cision-making. An scientific and objective model of joint operational scheme is build by using qualitative and quantitative method and analyzing the main revelant factors. Practice proves that this method is effective and feasible.
