摘　　要：RFID技术以及GIS地理信息技术的不断进步,为固定资产管理提供了新的技术手段。针对用户方资产管理中普遍存在的资产种类多、办公室分布广、库存变动快、盘点复杂的特点,利用RFID技术和GIS地理信息技术来实现对资产管理,可以大大简化大量数据资产以及数据盘点流程,并能通过地理信息系统(GIS)将资产的位置与利用信息以电子地图形式实时地展现给用户,大大提高了资产管理能力和工作效率。设计出的资产管理模型和系统框架,对资产管理的信息化建设具有一定的借鉴意义。With the development of RFID and GIS technology, new techniques are provided for fixed assets management. According to the widespread characteristics of assets with many kinds and used in wide distribution office, and inventory changes quickly and difficult to count, the RFID and GIS technology are applied to assets management, which greatly simplify data assets and data checking procedure. Through the use of GIS, the position and used information of assets are displayed real-time to the user based on the electronic map form, which greatly enhances the asset management capabilities and work efficiency. The framework of asset management model and designed sys- tem has reference significance to information construction of assets management.
