摘　　要：分析和评价导航雷达系统对于雷达系统功能的提高具有重要的现实意义。通过层次分析法建立导航雷达系统功能评价指标体系,按照层次将指标予以量化,为雷达系统的评价提供了科学依据。为装备的发展规划决策提供依据。The analysis and evaluation of ship borne radar navigation systems is very important method to improve the functions of the radar navigation system. To establish the evaluation index system for shipborne navigational radar system through the AHP can quantify in- dicators in accordance with the analytic hierarchy process. The research can provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of radar navigation system and offer a basis for decision making for the development of equipment.
