摘 要:为实现节能与环保,文章利用复合型乳化剂通过适当的乳化工艺配制糖水溶液乳化柴油,并在双缸直喷式柴油机上对纯柴油、乳化柴油和葡萄糖、蔗糖以及果糖水溶液乳化柴油的经济性进行了对比试验。研究结果表明:在柴油机参数不做改变的情况下,燃烧一定质量浓度的糖水溶液的乳化柴油可以降低发动机的燃油消耗率;随着糖水溶液乳化柴油中糖水溶液质量浓度的逐渐增加,在小负荷范围内燃油消耗率逐渐降低,而大负荷时燃油消耗率逐渐增加。该试验可以为研究糖水溶液乳化柴油燃烧时发动机的各项性能指标提供参考。In order to realize the aim of energy saving and environmental protection, the emulsified diesel fuel with sugar aqueous solution was prepared through compound-surfactants and the specific emulsification technology. The experiments of the fuel economy performance were performed on a dual-cylinder direct injection diesel engine, fueled with diesel, emulsified diesel fuel, emulsified diesel fuel with sugar(glucose, sucrose or fructose) aqueous solution. The results show that emulsified diesel fuel with sugar aqueous solution can reduce the brake specific fuel consumption(BSFC) without modification the engine parameters. BSFC is gradually reduced under the condition of low load, meanwhile BSFC is increased under the condition of high load with the increasing of concentration of sugar aqueous solution. The test can provide the reference for the engine performance specification when emulsified diesel fuel with sugar aqueous solution is burning.
