摘 要:为了提高赛车的加速性能,通过运动学和动力学对电机和传动等关键部件进行匹配。根据加速性能及最高车速等要求对动力传动系统进行匹配。经MATLAB仿真得到赛车的100 km加速时间为7.1 s,最高时速为110 km/h,通过10倍缩比的电动方程式赛车验证仿真结果。结果显示,100 km加速时间为7.3 s,所匹配的传动比能够较好地满足整车的动力性要求。In order to improve the racing car's accelerating performance, key parts and components such as motor and gearbox were calibrated and validated by using kinematic and dynamic methods. The drive train was matched according to the requirements of accelerating performance and the top speed. The simulation results showed that accelerating time was 7.1 s from 0 to 100 km/h, maximum speed reached 110 km/h by using MATLAB, and the simulation results were verified by 10-times reduced-scale electric formula racing car. It is shown that the gear ratio in the case of accelerating time of 7.3 s from 0 to100 km/h can satisfy the requirement of complete vehicle dynamic performance.
