摘  要:针对零阶谐振器天线带宽窄,变容二极管加载天线尺寸大,提出了基于复合左/右手传输线理论的频率可调零阶谐振天线.该天线采用零阶谐振器的特性减小了尺寸,通过在地面与辐射贴片之间加载变容二极管实现了较宽频段的频率可调.天线尺寸为13 mm×14 mm×0.8 mm,仿真表明天线的可调范围为1.57~2.46 GHz,并且在可调范围内,天线的辐射方向基本上保持不变.该天线具有尺寸小,结构简单,辐射性稳定的特点,适合于数字通信系统(DCS)、个人通信系统(PCS)、通用移动通信系统(UMTS)和蓝牙等无线通信系统的应用.In order to solve the problem of narrow width of zeroth order resonance antenna and large size of loading varactor diodes, a tunable zeroth order resonance antenna based on composite right/left-handed trans- mission lines was presented in this paper. The reduction in antenna size could be achieved by exploiting the u- nique zeroth--order resonant (ZOR) property. The varactor diodes were inserted between the radiation patch and ground in the CPW configuration to electronically tune the operating frequency. The size of the antenna was only 13mm * 14ram * 0. 8ram. The simulated results showed this proposed antenna was electronically tunable from 1.57 OHz to 2. 46 GHz. Compared with the existing tunable antenna, the proposed antenna had the smal- ler size, simpler structure and wider tunable band, which was suitable for DCS(digital communication system), PCS(personal communication system),UMTS(universal mobile telecommunication system)and bluetooth wire- less communication application.
