摘　　要：兴建渤海海峡跨海通道,可以缓解环渤海地区进出关运输、南北运输和沿海港口集疏运输等诸多矛盾,为我国东部沿海建立南北交通运输便捷安全通道创造重要前提条件;可以极大地改善环渤海地区的投资环境,扩大环渤海地区的对外开放,加强与东北亚国家和地区的经济合作;可以为环渤海地区各城市的发展创造重要契机,实现资源整合和市场融合,为振兴东北老工业基地注入强大的动力,在更大范围、更多领域培育新的经济增长点。同时,有着极为重要的国防价值,是巩固渤海及我国海防的"生命线工程"。兴建渤海海峡跨海通道技术上可行,在当前情况下解决资金比较容易,而且具有良好的投资回报率。The construction of the Bohai Strait cross-sea channel can relief the contradiction of Bohai ring region import and export transportation,north-south transportation and collecting and distributing system of coastal ports,etc. It can create an important base and premise for establishment of north-south traffic safety chan-nel in the eastern coast of China. It can greatly improve the investment environment in Bohai ring area,expand opening wider to the outside world of Bohai ring area,strengthen economic cooperation with Northeast Asian countries and regions. It can create an important opportunity for the development of each city in Bohai ring area, achieve integration of resources and market integration,inject a strong impetus for the revitalization of northeast old industrial base,and cultivate new economic growth points on a larger scale and in more fields. Meanwhile the channel also has the extremely important defensive value,and it is coastal lifeline engineering for consolida-tion of Bohai and Chinese coast defence. The construction of the Bohai Strait cross-sea channel is feasible in tech-nology,funds is easily raised in the current circumstances,and it will bring a good return on investments.
